Learn to play cribbage! End of the Year Fun Math Games
Cribbage is a great game for students to learn to help with math skills, problem solving, and community. I use this slide show to teach my 2nd, 3rd, or 4th graders how to play cribbage. It works especially well for small group GT, but can be used with the whole class as well. The key is to break it down into easier steps since it can be a complicated game. This lesson breaks it all down for you (I recommend teaching it in 4 separate lessons with practice in between). Practice hands are included
