This is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Great for PE in the classroom, outdoors, and even for recess, etc. There are 3 versions, so either randomly distribute to each student (or group) at the beginning of class, or have the entire class use the same version each week.
