Block scheduling can be one of the best ways to be productive without stressing out too much. Give yourself freedom to do tasks within a block of time instead of a very narrow amount of time. Thus increasing your success and motivating you more. When I get off track by one small 15 or 20 min task I can feel like my entire plan for the day is done.
