This is a project I assign to my AP Calculus students as a way to review for the AP. It is based off the calculus book for dummies concept. Each chapter has an individual set of requirements, all created by myself. Please feel free to edit as you see fit. It is a great project to review for the AP calculus AB and BC exam. This is great after the AP test, but would also be useful before hand in preparing for free response questions.

This download will give you the detailed student hand-out. I have not included a rubric. I have only used this project once so far and the results were a mixed bag, so I ended up scrapping the rubric I had. If/when I use

I selected my groups, which I called Lab Groups, based on having one high performing student and one low performing student in each group. I used these lab activities as a grade. They can also be used as final or AP exam practice. They are perfect for end of the year activities to prepare for finals
