Drama Script & Cards to Teach Divergent, Parallel, and Convergent Lines

This is a dramatized version of a story that famous educator Maria Montessori created. It was recorded by Michael J. Dorer in his 2017 book, The Deep Well of Time and is known in the Montessori community as " The Love Story of the Lines" (yet my version isn't a love story). I adapted his script into a 4-page play (about 10-15 min.) that can be performed with a class forming two lines facing each other while the teacher narrates the script. You do not need to be a Montessori school or own Monte

Script: The Not-So-Famous Fables of Bob Aesop

This script was originally written for a 5th and 6th grade drama class. It can be performed by a group as small as 5 or as large as 20+. I write things to be performed by an ensemble - no stars. Every part has a similar number of lines. The performance can be as simple or as complex as you like. It turns out that Aesop had a younger brother named Bob, who also wrote fables. Bob's fables are not as well known, and there's probably a good reason for that. You shouldn't expect any great moral insig

The final lines about having a good break can be omitted if they don't fit your situation.
