FOODIE FRIDAY is where students get the opportunity to show off their cooking skills by presenting their favorite recipe to the class. The goal is for students to teach the class culinary skills and then everyone gets a taste of the final product. In my class is what we do every Friday. Students sign up for a friday and they once a semester. While the student is cooking for the class students listen and write down the recipe then at the end of the year they have a recipe cook book.
