Taco bout a fun activity! Students can use the internet to search for their favorite restaurant's menus. They will use this information to create restaurant checks for tables of 1 to 4. The checks include spaces for all types of meals, descriptions and prices. Students will have to add up all totals, increasing addition fluency. After students have a subtotal they will need to find the tax (based on the correct tax rate), tip amount (based on the percent given by the teacher) and grand total.
