This is a no-stakes fun quiz/activity about general knowledge about food, drink, and food companies. The resource can be (and has been) used for any Foods, or Psychology, or even a Visual Arts class. I actually developed it first when I taught Psychology and we were looking at the power of corporate logos and branding. I developed this series because I wanted a quick, but challenging lab experience for my first year, Hospitality and Tourism students as we were concluding our unit on Entertainment and Attractions. Included in this series is recipe development and recipe costing, two foundational skills. It contains a three day lesson plan, recipes for savory popcorn, student worksheets, presentations, and a quiz.
