This is an interactive check register. There are two months in the register, a tab labeled JAN and a tab labeled FEB. Simply start by entering a deposit into JAN tab spreadsheet in the first line. Students have to learn how to prove the Pythagorean Theorem to meet new Common Core standards. The usual way is to cut out squares made off of the two sides of a triangle and fit them into a larger square made on the hypotenuse. Why not use Geometry?
