Using the free throw statistics from the 2012-2013 seasons, I created a chart of the averages from the WNBA and NBA. As a group students will have a free throw session and record their number of attempts and successful free throws. I will give my students 10 to 20 minutes to complete their free throws. It also shows students that each place in a number has a decimal value and a fraction value. i have included a complete chart with a chart that students fill-in with hints throughout the chart.
