This version is not free but it is considerably less than alternative programs on-line (who charge one year or multi-year subscriptions which are far more expensive). A free trial version is in my shop if you'd like to try it out first!

I was looking for a way to more easily keep track of IEP data for academic goals. The first sheet has space for a goal and the data taken. The second sheet has space for a goal plus 5 objectives as well as the data recorded.
