We are moving our site, Wonbyone, to Wonbyone2. Please pardon our dust! This small group reader's theater is for three students. In the scrip there is a former turkey, turned ghost, who can't seem to scare anyone. A boy and girl come along to help out so everyone can have a happy Halloween. This is a Reader's Theater for 3 students. It was designed to tie in both Language Arts and Science. It follows the curriculum for science in 5th grade, but it is also a good topic opener for any other grade that is going to be studying weathering or erosion. The reading level is 4th grade. In this script Weathering Man and Erosion Boy are playing a game of superheroes but the girl does not think that Weathering Man and Erosion Boy are REALLY superhero types. My name is Melanie Whitesides but my store name is Wonbyone. One of the things I am passionate about is Reader's Theater. It is a fun way for my students to improve on their fluency. In a world where reading is pushed so hard on students that many are losing their love of reading it is IMPORTANT to give them opportunities to read that are fun. Reader's Theater does this. It also gives them a chance to practice different voices, accents, emotion, during reading a 'real-world' real life type situa
