This resource is a self reflection on student projects and their work ethic. This is a great INTERVENTION for students that are falling behind due to behavioral issues. It can also help you grade students and pinpoint where they are getting sidetracked with their work. It is also an excellent way to deliver feedback on a consistent weekly basis. I have it in a weekly format for a 10 week Marking Period but this is a word document that you can alter to fit your timeframe.
