Lady Liberty Painting QR Code Peter Max Art Lesson
This art unit is designed for students in grades 5-8. Students first begin by scanning 4 QR codes on iPads or any other devices to learn about the artist, Peter Max. Students will use a Peter Max Artist Study Worksheet to guide their learning with the QR codes. Then students will use Statue of Liberty photos with acetate to create a drawing of Lady Liberty. They will use the Color Mood guide to create a specific mood with paint. These look beautiful displayed in a window.
