This exit ticket is a great formative assessment tool to help students describe three facts they learned, two questions they still have, and one opinion they now have. Teachers can collect this at the end of a lesson to modify the lesson for the next day/class period based on student misconceptions.

"I Get It" Exit Ticket

This simple exit ticket enable students to quickly identify whether or not they "got" the day's lesson, "sort of got it", or if they still need help. Teachers can easily flip through the exit tickets and analyze formative assessment data without having to read through piles of paperwork. Teachers can then modify the lesson for the next day based on the results, and address student misconceptions, if needed. This tool is easy to use and helpful as a formative assessment strategy.
