I chose questions that I felt could help teachers who may not have experience in dealing with students’ needs. The checklist is to help identify red flags for students who may need some support with their affective needs.

This is a simple introduction activity for Kindergarten or 1st grade Gifted and Talented students to a Renaissance artists unit. Students cut out characteristic cards and paste them into the columns of "Renaissance Artist" or "Ninja Turtle." I usually use this as our first activity as we get into the artists, so this is not an incredibly difficult task.
