With obesity rates on the rise in America, kids need to learn what a balanced, healthy lifestyle is early on in life. The chances of them becoming healthy adults will then increase. Kids need 60 minutes of play each day in order to be healthy. If this becomes their "normal", then they are set up for health success later in life. Here is an easy to fill out activity log for students in middle elementary and older. The students record their activity each day for a week and then turn the sheet in.
