LESSON 5: WHY DO SOME THINGS EXPLODE?Mystery Doug is amazing at explanation and fun lessons, however, he doesn't always focus directly on NGSS for this grade level, but rather making it more fun. This resource diverts away from Mystery Doug and actually uses a resource known as "Crash Course Kids" to help explain the DCI concept being covered while still using the activity given in Mystery Science in a more standard-focused way. My resource zeroes in on the DCI being covered in that lesson:PS1.
