This document contains a practice sheet as well as quiz on the present tense, the immediate future (ir a + infinitive) and immediate past (acabar de + infinitive) in Spanish. There is an opportunity for students to practice the forms of the verbs "Ir" and "Acabar" as well as practice writing sentences in the three tenses. This is a great way to get students speaking in three tenses very quickly.
I used this as a quiz/short test, but it could be used as class work or homework as well.
It assesses students understanding of Spanish numbers 1-100.
Students are given the word form of spanish numbers and asked to write the numeral (ex. treinta y dos= 32).
Then students are given the numeral and asked to write the Spanish number in word form (ex. 24= veinte y dos).
This quiz has students define the interrogative words and then use them. They may use from the word box above but also must know how to appropriate use them in context.
Students are asked to translate English sentences into Spanish. The sentences are based on clothing vocabulary along with the use of the verbs "llevar" and "tener."
Students also practice using colors to describe clothing.
Topics assessed: Conjugating llevar and tener, clothing vocabulary, colors vocabulary, and noun/adjective agreement.
This could be used as homework, an in class activity, or a quiz.
This is a two page quiz over the first half (list 1) of chapter 1 in Asi se Dice level 1. It covers nationalities and descriptive words using multiple choice, matching, and sentence translations. It is editable to fit your needs.
