*Editable* This is a set of 15 different half-page Mini Practice/Quizzes. I titled them as “What I Need to MASTER” which is a procedure I set up in my room for kids to work on concepts they were struggling with. These could also be used as general practice, mini-quizzes, exit tickets, warm ups, or homework. (Especially nice since they only require half a page to print)
The following concepts are included from 6th Math (Aligned with 6th TEKS)
Order of Operations, Prime Factorization

This is a great review for fractions, decimals, andpercents. Students will break down their "typical Saturday" activities in this chart. They will then calculate each activity as a fraction, a decimal, and a percent. Finally, students will calculate the number of degrees in a circle each activity would represent. They will use the degrees to create a circle graph.
Students will fill in the grid given either a percent, decimal, ratio, or fraction. Prior knowledge if required to fill out this worksheet. This falls towards the end of module 1 (ratios) for the 6th grade common core in New York State.
I created this worksheet to reinforce comparing and ordering rational numbers. I included fractions, decimals and negative numbers. Students must create a number line, list and compare rational numbers. It also includes a story problem at the end. CCSS 6.NS.C.7
A quiz that tests the students ability to convert from fractions to decimals, identifying repeating and terminating decimals, comparing and ordering fractions and decimals using equivalent fractions and place value. A great test that is in word format so you can edit it to suit your needs. It test knowledge from Lessons 3.1 and 3.2 from the Grade 7 Pearson Math Math Sense Text. Contains an answer key too. A fantastic quiz!
This resource allows students to practice converting among fractions, decimals andpercents. The in-class activity was designed to be a partner assignment, but can be modified.
