Lab Summary Guidelines
I use these questions to guide students into writing a proper lab summary/conclusion. This makes them keep it simple but address the pertinent parts of a lab. It has reminders about NOT retelling the story of the lab or using personal pronouns. I grade each question on a scale/rubric. The guidelines also include an example.
I have set up the rubric on a second document that is also available. It is meant to be printed on label stickers so you can peel and stick it to the lab where ever the lab

Student create Models of how light travels from source, object, to eye
An interactive PowerPoint for students to learn more about models about how light travels. They can analyze models so that they can create the best 3d model to represent this phenomenon. For my class, I uploaded it to google classroom so that students each had a copy to take notes and contribute to a discussion. * Rubric included in the ppt. To differentiate, I had students complete slide 7 and removed the answer key. I assigned this during the remote learning period my school was facing.

Force and Motion Learning Goal Sheet (5th Grade Science FCAT FSA Big Idea 13)
