Tech Scavenger Hunt
This is a printable Scavenger Hunt checklist as an excel sheet (can also be copied into google sheets). Feel free to adjust all cells with whichever items you have in your classroom. The objective is to hand to a group of students (groups of 3 or 4 work best) and have them roam around the classroom or room and check things off the list by writing down what they found. It's best if they're specific. It's fun to save 5 min at the end of class to see what all everyone has found.

I was looking for a reading log to fit the needs of my 4th grade students. I am using this to track reading at home and at school.

Recording Reading Data
Ever wondered how to record your reading data? I've created a simple colour coded template to record PM periodically throughout the year! All you have to do is to insert your student's names on the left and colour code according to the timeframes. As this is a digital file, please feel free to edit and share within your school :) I will upload a video for further explanation on how to use this effective assessment tool.

168 Hours Schedule
Help your students realize how much time they truly have in a week and set their priorities. I created an excel of the 7-day week with every 30 minutes incremented, covering the entire 24 hour day. This side is for them to fill in with the things they have at those certain times each day. Whatever is leftover after they fill in their week, is free time. Tic-Tac-Toe grid for Multiplication video
This print out will allow you to give the students a tool to use with the video. Print, cut, fold. The kids then rotate it to guide them using the one's place to their multiplication facts for the 1/2/3/4/6/7/8/9's.
My students eventually learn to make these simple forms on their benchmarks/state tests to confirm they have the correct answer. The form is free, but will not really make sense until the kids watch/learn from the video what the numbers represent. What I like best is that the stu

Mad Minutes - Arithmetic!
At the push of a button this spreadsheet automatically randomly generates new worksheets (and an updated key) for what we call "mad minutes."
Mad minutes consists of 20 arithmetic problems that students are to complete at a relatively quick pace without a calculator. The purpose is to increase numeracy and automaticity. I've even used these in Calculus to enhance students' number sense.
