This is an introduction to sequences (not specifically arithmetic or geometric). There is one page (front and back) of guided notes for students including fill in the blank definitions, examples, and "you try" problems. The goal is to have students find terms of general sequences from explicit and recursive formulas. After the notes and examples, there are 12 practice problems on a separate worksheet. Completed notes, with worked out solutions, are included.
