QR Code Foldables: Converting Fractions to Decimals and Percents

This activity combines instructional technology, paper crafts, and mathematics. Students create a foldable cube. Each face of the cube has a QR Code that links to either a fraction or to an instructional video. The students will make 2 cubes containing 10 different fraction problems. They scan each face of the cube with a QR Code reader of their choice to reveal the fraction. On an accompanying worksheet, the student writes down the fraction and then converts it to a decimal and a percent.
