This score sheet is ready made and can be used by 5-6 bowlers per team. This sheet serves as a great tool to integrate math into your PE lessons, as you are helping the students to understand why they have the score they do. With so many computers keeping track of the bowling scores, this is a nice tool to use to help show the process. I have used this with examples first when teaching the lessons and then the students are able to use it themselves to keep track of their own team scores.
