Division and Multiplication Code Words Power Point

The most difficult area of math in the upper elementary grades is usually when students have to choose which operation to use to solve a story problem. A key to making sure that your kids don't fall into the trap of choosing the wrong operation lies in making sure that they know code words and situations in which to multiply or divide. This power point has been very effective in helping my students fully grasp what these words mean and how they are applied in real life story type problems.

Because teachers have to teach students how to order computers to work. Compared to cooking, the teacher had to teach the students to order the computer to cook (instead of cooking themselves). This content is based on the principle of imitation of computer processing methods. By training students to know the operation of the computer, which will do it step by step according to our instructions. Teach students how to follow and decompose algorithm
