This is a fun activity to play to review subtracting from zeros and introduce using money or making change. Place the pictures around the room. The students will walk around, describe what they want to buy (using adjectives), and subtract it from their starting price. Students will have to use addition and subtraction. It involves some critical thinking and problem solving because you can over spend your money!
