These handouts introduce the concepts of thirds, fifths, sixths, eighths and tenths.
With Turtles Love Thirds, Frogs Love Fifths, Spiders Love Sixths, Elephants Love Eighths, and Monsters Love Tenths, students will color fractions that are given in numbers and word form as part of a whole and part of a set.

This is a three page printable that involves coloring a chocolate bar to demonstrate knowledge of fractions. As students color fractions they practice identifying equivalent fractions as well. Comparing and ordering fraction practice questions are also included.
This is a great activity to use with the book The Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar Fractions Book. I used this printable with real Hershey bars as manipulatives and the kids loved it!
This activity is aligned to 3rd grade CCSS.
