This is a packet of inequality activities for kindergarten, first, and second graders. It is tiered so that there are some easier inequalities to balance simple symbols ($ = $), and then it moves into harder symbol balancing, and ends with a variety of number balancing inequalities. This is a packet of pattern activities for any Kindergarten-2nd grade student to practice reading, interpreting, and extending a pattern. I created these task cards as part of my HOT Camp for Els to give them opportunities to demonstrate gifted behaviors in the area of math, specifically in extending and creating their own patterns.
