Now updated to include a Google Form option! I used this with my 5th grade math class to conclude our unit on customary measurement and they loved it! The problems are similar to extended response questions they might see on a state-test, but my students didn't even realize it! First, students read an amazing animal fact and then there is a multi-step word problem related to the animal fact. I had my students use calculators and work in partners to solve the problems.
