A ten-week fitness class designed to keep students' bodies active and moving. Through the ten weeks they will increase our endurance, strength, and fitness through live High Intensity Interval Training. This will be obtained through daily workout lessons 4 days a week accompanied by 1 day of Health lessons designed to help students build better sleeping, eating, and mindful habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
