This is a great product for your students to get some practice with not only google slides, but also with learning about the nonfiction text features. I used this as a formative assessment tool and it worked out great. This is a great way for the students to get practice with technology and also learn about text features and where to find them in nonfiction literacy. This resource also includes a "read to me" option where if you click on the speaker, I will read the words aloud to the students.

Of course I have the EZ Grader! However one day with extra time on my hands, I decided to create an easy-to-follow grading chart. It's small and I keep it on my desk for easy access. I mostly used the 30 for quizzes and 40 for tests. Notice that it does not include all the wrong percentages and it works just fine. In my experience, when the student gets less than 50, there is no need to go to any lower grade. It will be 50 with the opportunity to re-take the test! <---(Teacher Tip Here!)
