Token Chart with Positive Affirmations: This works wonderfully with children. First, write the reward in the box. Then cut the happy faces and place them along the token board. As the child answers a question, they receive a happy face. The more happy faces received, the closer they are to their reward. Laminate this sheet and put velcro dots on the back of each face for this activity to be reuseable. This is a great visual for children and provides positive reinforcement.
