Change of Clothing Parent Letter | Free Back To School
This is a set of FREE pages that you can send home to parents to request a complete change of clothing in the event of accidents and spills. Also included are mini sheets to send home with the student on the day of the accident requesting specific clothing to be cleaned and returned.
