First / Then Task Chart

They can also provide motivation. I typically stick these in a clear communicator, but they can also be laminated and used with dry erase markers.

Use this template to create a calm down chart to support a child with their individual behavioral needs. Insert the child’s picture within the top square. Adding the child’s picture allows for a sense of pride and ownership in their chart. Within the additional squares, add images/pictures of choices that fit the child’s individual needs.

This behavior goal chart may be helpful for a student who is struggling to meet classroom goals. Create goals specific to the student's needs and set up a reward that they will be motivated to earn! Rewards can be special items/activities that take place at school, such as visiting the playground at the end of the day or playing with a special toy, or at home with their grown-ups! I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and love to help kids be their best selves :-)
