Here is a weekly (5 days) editable class homenote. The teacher is able to communicate daily as well as the student has a self-reflection area. There is an area for parent's to sign and add notes. It is one-file and you can edit per student and add targeted IEP and/or behavior goals. Visuals are a must and this include visuals for our kiddos. This can be printed weekly and you can easily edit the week dates and events in the header section. Enjoy!

Weekly Behavior Log Table
This table is to help record a child's behavior throughout a period of time. It allows the educator to write down a specific behavior, time and date plus possible reasoning for said behavior. In the bottom I have included examples of behavior that might be of interest to be recorded. This tool is also excellent example for a parent in order to help establish a record for behavior specialist and other professionals working with the child.

Parent Letter - Quarter 1
I used this letter at the end of Quarter 1 to share some classroom updates with students, parents, and families. Additionally, I sent home individualized progress reports, that had a detailed grade report for reference.
This document can be modified and used as an Intervention Letter, to prepare and inform students and families of structures in place for student success.
