I've found that students are not wearing their hearing aids "during all waking hours" as advised by their personal audiologists. This reward chart takes the stress off of parents to push their children to keep their hearing aids in. I have included a basic checklist for when to wear (and when to take off) hearing aids. It can be used for cochlear implants as well. I have included instructions for home use. The parents I have given it to have had at least a 50% increase in hearing aid use at
