This is a pledge form to help students learn more about being responsible within their community. Each student chooses a responsibility that is important to him/her and completes a pledge form promising to perform that service. It can be as simple as "I promise to pick up trash when I see it," to "I promise to do my homework on the issues and vote in every election." Great to hang up.
