Rock Cycle Wheel FREEBIE
This FREEBIE is a great activity to talk about the rock cycle. There is both a black and white and color version of this cycle wheel. Students will cut out both the wheel and cover, then poke a brad through the center hole so they can spin the wheel and talk about each of the 8 stages of the rock cycle. Earth Day Caring for Earth Wheel FREEBIE
This FREEBIE is a great Earth Day activity to talk about ways we care for the Earth. Students can color and cut out the cover layer, then draw and/or write about six different ways they can care for the Earth such as recycling, turning off lights, picking up trash, etc. Then cut out and put that wheel below the cover and poke a brad through the center hole so they can spin the wheel and talk about each of the 6 ways to care for Earth. This is a perfect addition to a Project Based Learning (PBL)
