Using a mini bag of skittles, students will calculate the fraction, decimal, andpercent of each color in the bag. Students can then create a circle graph and an optional bar graph.

In light of educational funding being continually cut and the upcoming celebration of Earth Day, we are going to propose a plan for helping our school using the money we raise from a recycling program. These proposals will help raise money for our school at the same time we are helping the planet with increased recycling!
