Practice using science tools, add task cards to your sensory table, or open a pretend play bakery. Little learners will LOVE scooping, measuring, and creating recipes. To play: A student will create a secret "recipe" by keeping track of how many scoops and what measuring cups/spoons they use. After they create and write their recipe they give it to another student who tries to re-create the same measurements. The two students then compare to see if their creations are the same!
