To show independent growth per bullet, I created spreadsheets for the math & reading SOLs. The reading is only the bullets tested according to the VA DOE blueprint. You can photo copy front to back and have 1 sheet per student per subject. There is 10 columns per bullet to record scores. I fit the date & score in the same box. Students can earn up to three stars, stamps, smiley faces, etc each 90 minutes of the day followed by an additional reinforcer for obtaining all three in the time frame.
