"I Use My Device to Talk!" is an interactive AAC social story to help students learn that their AAC device is for talking, not for throwing. The story focuses on using the AAC device for functional communication in order to decrease problem behavior and increase engagement. Also, the built-in communication board can be used for the teacher or parent to practice their AAC modeling skills. UFLI and SOR Tri-Lined Alphabet Posters with Orthographic Visual Prompts
I couldn't find a simple and inexpensive option for displaying the alphabet in my classroom with images in accordance with UFLI and the Science of Reading so I had to make my own posters. There are several versions. The basic has the letters and the phonetic prompt from the UFLI program. There is one with the tri-lined letters for prompting proper letter formation. Then, there is one with the orthographic visual prompt for the phoneme. I'm very picky on the fonts. The lowercase "a" will not have
