Freebie: Gifted and Talented - Creative Thinking: Create From a Shape

I just quickly made this activity to help pull creative samples for kiddos I may be testing for G/T program. It is just an easy, check in, to see what neat and interesting creations they can make from a variety of shapes. They are just basic shapes, and ask that the kiddos create each one into something different and then label. I just thought maybe, it would be worth sharing for free, in case any of you could use it in the same manner!! Enjoy!!
