I needed a way to keep all my IEPs and 504s straight since I see all the students in the school. I use this cheat sheet for each class. I only add the students that are in that homeroom class and can take a quick look while planning, making seating charts, et cetera. I still have the full IEP to look at when I need it, but this keeps me on track. Page one is a generic page; the second page are the accommodations we use in my school.
