In this project students will be planning a week of healthy eating that meets the guidelines found in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. They will plan 7 days of eating, making sure to plan to eat the recommended amounts for vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy, protein, and oils, all while making sure they stay under 240 calories of “other” items per day.
