This is a test tracking tool for teachers and/or students to use to monitor progress throughout the year. You can have students attach it to their interactive notebook and have them color in the "bar" to their grades on tests, benchmarks or even quizzes. It will create a bar graph charting their progress throughout the year. This can also be used by teachers or faculty to monitor students especially for RTI, SPED and at-risk students. "I Get It" Exit Ticket

This simple exit ticket enable students to quickly identify whether or not they "got" the day's lesson, "sort of got it", or if they still need help. Teachers can easily flip through the exit tickets and analyze formative assessment data without having to read through piles of paperwork. Teachers can then modify the lesson for the next day based on the results, and address student misconceptions, if needed. This tool is easy to use and helpful as a formative assessment strategy.
