The concepts include systems of equations, ratios and percents, area and perimeter. Students were required to make a menu for a themed restaurant. Specific instructions for this are included in the zip file. I have also included a 'rubric' for the menu. I graded the menu on a scale of 100, and counted it as a quiz score.
