These math worksheets provides fantastic differentiated instruction for gifted students! There are 4 levels, each with increasing difficulty. After teaching a geometry lesson on combined shapes, I created this resource with a few exceptionally gifted first graders in mind. However, this would challenge gifted second graders, third graders, and even fourth graders! It provides great additional practice counting and visualizing the individual shapes that create a larger combined shape.

Advanced Math : Differentiated Geometry Worksheets for Gifted 2nd and 3rd

Do your students need more practice with a geometry activity to enhance vocabulary? In this leveled activity, students will name attributes of geometric shapes, and then compare and contrast the shapes using academic vocabulary. The compare and contrast forms are leveled, so students on grade level can compare two shapes but above grade level students can compare three polygons. This is great for centers, early finisher worksheets, and whole class differentiation.
