I created this personal quiz for students to get the idea that there are different approaches to parenting based on Barbara Coloroso's ideas. The activity helps students to get to know one another. If they understand that parenting styles impact behaviour it helps to understand approaches to daily tasks. I then had the students create a bar graph (or they could be creative) to demonstrate their results. There are no wrong answers and it is based on their interpretation. The presentation of

Are you expecting? This is the perfect little packet to use when you are ready to tell your class (or when that belly is about ready to give you away). It includes a code sheet which announces you're having a baby, a math activity about if you're expecting a boy or a girl, Name That Baby worksheet, and a few different class books for baby and Mamma. I really enjoyed these activities when I was expecting and it was a great way for my class to be apart of this exciting time in your life.
